Renewing itself by following the developing technologies in the project and construction sector; Our company, which produces functional and aesthetic solutions, was founded in 1994 under the name of Fiyap İnşaat as a family company by Architect Fisun Kayhan and Civil Engineer İbrahim Kayhan. Over time, it has taken its buildings to a different level with its partnerships with Pınart Architecture and Fiyap Bayındır İnşaat. Fiyap İnşaat, which has existed without compromising quality, design, reliability, technology and comfort since 1994, continues to attract attention in the field of design with its different awards.

With the participation of Master Architect Pınar Kayhan and Architect Işıl Kayhan, Fiyap İnşaat has expanded and continues its signature buildings in different districts of Izmir. Our Hane Life project received the Special Mention award from the internationally held Iconic Awards 2020 and German Design Awards 2021 competitions, and our Karabağlar Mynar Life project received the Innovative Architecture award from the international Iconic Awards 2020 competition.
